1. Introduction

Welcome to the EQUPOINT PROPERTIES Device Status Bot ("the Bot"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our WhatsApp-based device status information system.

2. Employee-Only Service

The Bot is exclusively for use by current employees of EQUPOINT PROPERTIES. Use of the Bot by former employees, contractors without explicit authorization, or any external parties is strictly prohibited.

Access to the Bot may be revoked immediately upon termination of employment or at the discretion of management for any reason.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Bot, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose of checking device status and accessing company information. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Bot
• Use the Bot to access information you are not authorized to view
• Share access credentials or conversation histories with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Bot for any purpose that violates company policies or applicable laws
• Overwhelm or flood the Bot with excessive requests (rate limiting may be implemented)
• Use the Bot to transmit any malicious code or attempt to interfere with its operation

4. Data Privacy

Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

You acknowledge that interactions with the Bot are not encrypted end-to-end and may be accessed by authorized IT personnel for maintenance, troubleshooting, and security purposes.

5. Availability and Support

While we strive to maintain consistent uptime, we do not guarantee that the Bot will be available without interruption. Maintenance windows, technical issues, or changes to the WhatsApp platform may cause temporary unavailability.

Support for the Bot is available during regular business hours through the IT department. For urgent issues outside business hours, please follow the standard IT emergency procedures.

6. Intellectual Property

The Bot, including all related software, designs, and content, is the property of EQUPOINT PROPERTIES. No license or right to use any intellectual property is granted except for the limited purpose of using the Bot as an employee for its intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQUPOINT PROPERTIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Bot.

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify employees of any material changes via company email. Your continued use of the Bot after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EQUPOINT PROPERTIES is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
